Tell me more! Most “improv” is treated similarly to comedy shows that either focus on standup comedy, or at best reiterations of practice games or versions of play scenes where the audience contribution is nothing more than some starting items, then remaining on the sidelines to watch the presenters. Shows are often “what if” arrangements that may result in an evening of amusement, or detour into chaos and chance.

Funny, yes. Structured professional theater-type show? Not often. Ultimate improvisational theater experiences? No, not yet...it's still missing...YOU!

PRN has worked tirelessly over a decade to develop a number of professional THEATER-SHOW QUALITY short and long form unique improvisational shows that truly engage EVERYONE in the audience and at times ON STAGE, either through randomly selected high energy mini-scenes, in-show voting and evaluation, audience-developed writing and/or direction, and ultimately actually ACTING with our stellar performers ON STAGE, creating a never-duplicated experience with participants wanting to return over and over again (and again - seriously, we have to close sometimes, go get some rest!).

Why “DANGEROUS”? Don’t worry, it’s a good thing! You NEVER KNOW what WE’LL bring to the show, and in return we NEVER KNOW what “Extra” YOU’LL be bringing (don’t worry: we’re professionals, and we’ll help every step of the way!).

Given this, NO OTHER SHOW has an extra dimension of “What The Heck Will Happen?”, but also amped-up hilarity in a group approach that brings individuals together overnight into a (dare we say it) family?

How? PRN’s shows are typically performed in either a set 60-90 minute block or in two (2) 40-45 minute sets with a short intermission.  When attending, plan to be ready with your wittiest suggestions and positive attitude to share not only with our experienced improv hosts but with the entire audience in general. Don't worry, we only get volunteers so no 'pick on you' worries like other comedy shows (well...no, okay, we won't. Seriously).
